This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 1wln ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information obtained from users ("you", "your") of the website located at https://1wln.cam (the "Platform"). This Policy applies to all users who access the Platform, regardless of location or device.

1wln is an English-language online betting information platform designed primarily for users in Pakistan. We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly, transparently and in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the data practices it describes. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform. This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

For the purposes of this Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the website at https://1wln.cam and all associated pages and content.
• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.

We collect two categories of data: information you provide voluntarily and information collected automatically when you use the Platform.

• Security: To detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, unauthorised access and other security threats;
• Legal compliance: To meet obligations under applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from authorities and enforce our Terms & Conditions;
• Communications: To respond to emails or messages you send us, and to send administrative notices if needed (such as updates to this Policy).

We do not use your Personal Data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. We do not use your data to serve gambling advertisements or to build marketing profiles for gambling-related commercial activity.

1wln does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own commercial or marketing purposes. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Enquiry and support records: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of your last communication with us, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.
• Server and access logs: Typically retained for up to 12 months for security and diagnostic purposes, then deleted.
• Analytics data: Where collected in aggregated or anonymised form, this data may be retained indefinitely as it does not constitute Personal Data. Where analytics data is linked to identifiable information, it is anonymised or deleted within 14 months.
• Cookie data: Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire according to their individual expiry dates, which are typically set between 30 days and 12 months.

Where we are required by law to retain certain data for a longer period — for example, to comply with tax, audit or regulatory requirements — we will do so and will clearly document the legal basis for that extended retention.

Where such transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection to that afforded in Pakistan. These steps may include entering into data processing agreements with service providers that incorporate appropriate data transfer safeguards, or using providers who maintain recognised security certifications.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your Personal Data to countries outside Pakistan for the purposes described in this Policy.

We will respond to all valid rights requests within a reasonable timeframe and in any event within 30 days of receipt. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will not charge a fee for handling routine requests; however, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee for manifestly unfounded or repetitive requests.

The Platform and its gambling-related content are intended strictly for adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 16. Upon verification, we will take prompt steps to delete such information from our records.

1wln is an information platform designed for users in Pakistan. Pakistan does not currently have a comprehensive, standalone data protection law equivalent to the EU's GDPR, though the Personal Data Protection Bill has been under legislative consideration. We nonetheless apply internationally recognised data protection principles — including purpose limitation, data minimisation, storage limitation and data security — as the baseline standard for handling all user data.

We do not claim to be regulated, approved or endorsed by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any other Pakistani government body in respect of data protection or any other matter. We remain open to complying with any new Pakistani data protection legislation that comes into force.

Users in Pakistan should be aware that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws may affect the legality of gambling activity in their location. Nothing in this Privacy Policy or elsewhere on the Platform should be construed as legal advice on that matter.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements or Platform features. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date at the top of the document.
